Automatically available records
Public legal policies, public marketing material and a data subject’s own information available through authenticated self-service may be accessed without a formal PAIA request.
How to request access
Submit the prescribed PAIA request form with sufficient detail, proof of identity/authority, the requested record, preferred form of access and the right being exercised to privacy@talentbrew.co.za. Statutory fees may apply. We acknowledge and decide requests within the PAIA periods, subject to permitted extensions.
Grounds for refusal and remedies
Access may be refused where PAIA protects third-party privacy, confidential commercial information, safety, legal privilege or other mandatory grounds. A requester may seek relief through the Information Regulator or a competent court.
