The public-site rules that apply before a company signs its Platform Service Agreement.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful business evaluation and authorised marketplace activity. Do not probe security, scrape profiles, impersonate others, upload malicious content, evade access controls, disrupt service, or use marketplace information to circumvent Talent Brew.
Accounts
Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and notify us of suspected compromise. Marketplace transactions remain governed by the signed Platform Service Agreement and assignment contract, which prevail over these public-site terms where they conflict.
Intellectual property
Talent Brew’s software, branding and site content remain its property. No licence is granted beyond ordinary use of the service. User content remains owned by its lawful owner, subject to the permissions needed to operate the marketplace.
Availability and liability
We use commercially reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every match results in an engagement. Nothing excludes liability that South African law does not permit us to exclude.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, CSRF protection, session continuity and preferences. They are necessary for requested services. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Before any non-essential analytics or marketing cookie is introduced, Talent Brew will add a consent choice and update this notice.
