Professional Data Notice
Information a Talent Provider must give each Professional before creating or sharing their profile.
Who processes your information
Your employer or contracting company lists you on Talent Brew, operated by The Only Software Hub (Pty) Ltd. The Provider is responsible for ensuring it is entitled to provide your information.
What and why
We process your name, role, biography, skills, experience, availability, work preferences, rates and engagement history to match you with projects, facilitate proposals/contracts and operate related billing and security workflows.
Who can see it
Profiles are private by default. Depending on Provider choices and marketplace stage, Seekers may see an anonymised profile first; identity and contact information are revealed only through authorised workflow rules. A public share link is available only when explicitly enabled and uses an unguessable token.
International processing
Approved infrastructure providers may process encrypted or access-controlled information outside South Africa. See the sub-processor register for current regions and safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Ask your Provider to correct or withdraw a listing, or contact privacy@talentbrew.co.za directly. Talent Brew will verify your identity and coordinate correction, objection or deletion subject to active contracts and legal retention duties.
