Subscription Terms
Transparent B2B billing rules for Talent Seekers and Talent Providers.
Pricing and VAT
The standard monthly platform fee is ZAR 2,500, excluding South African VAT at the prevailing statutory rate where applicable. Invoices identify the taxable amount and VAT separately.
Talent Seekers
An active subscription is mandatory for marketplace access and cannot be self-cancelled while the company uses the marketplace. An authorised representative may request closure through support; outstanding invoices, active engagements and legally retained records remain enforceable.
Talent Providers
A Provider chooses either the monthly subscription (no success fee on covered placements) or no subscription and a 15% success fee on each successful project’s accepted budget, excluding VAT. If a Provider cancels after a subscription-covered placement, its next successful placement is charged the 15% fee. The obligation follows the verified company domain and survives re-registration.
Cycle and renewal
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew each cycle while active. Service continues to the current period end after a permitted cancellation. Partial months are not refunded unless required by law or expressly approved in writing.
Price changes
Talent Brew will provide at least 30 days’ written notice before a price change. A change takes effect on the next renewal after that notice period. We do not currently differentiate Standard and Enterprise pricing; any future tier-specific feature or price requires a written order or updated terms.
Payment and suspension
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notice, without extinguishing accrued obligations. Payment is by the bank-transfer instructions on a valid Talent Brew invoice, or by card/instant EFT through PayFast, our South African payment processor, from the subscription page; Talent Brew does not request payment through informal messages. Choosing PayFast authorises Talent Brew to bill the subscription automatically each month until the subscription is cancelled; a subscriber may withdraw this authorisation at any time by cancelling the subscription, which also stops the recurring PayFast charge.
